Microghar is a design platform developing and presenting Home Interior Design Templates for Houses Yet to Be Designed.

Microghar may present individual design concepts, prototypes, templates and related information from time to time. These may evolve, change or be withdrawn without notice.

The Website is intended primarily to communicate design ideas and concepts and does not, by itself, constitute a contract for architectural, interior-design, engineering, construction, project-management or other professional services.

4. Design Concepts and Templates

Microghar prototypes and templates are design concepts intended to communicate an approach to Home and House design.

A prototype or template does not constitute a complete set of architectural, structural, MEP, statutory, construction or execution drawings unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any actual house developed using a Microghar concept may require adaptation to the particular site, climate, orientation, local regulations, development controls, structural requirements, services, budget, materials and client requirements.

No prototype should therefore be treated as construction-ready documentation unless expressly identified as such by Microghar.

Microghar may add, modify, suspend or remove any content, prototype, feature or functionality at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular design, product, service, prototype or feature displayed on the Website will remain available.
